“Partnership for Road Safety” produced a video clip in which the first lady of Georgia, Her Excellency Sandra Saakashvili-Roelofs reads the accompanying text. The clip tells stories about youth death and disabled persons as a result of road accidents.

Fastening seatbelts becomes obligatory in cities
Fastening security seatbels in vehicles becomes obligatory in Georgia regardless of location and driving speed. So far the law referred to Georgia`s highways only. The Code of Administrative Violations will be amended soon. T

Georgian-Estonian Project
Partnership for Road Safety Foundation has been hosting the delegation from Tartu Police Department for a week. In the framework of the visit, Estonian police officers delivered training to Georgian adults.

European Road Safety Day
October 13 is a European Road Safety Day which was celebrated by the Partnership for Road Safety Foundation together with Delegation of European Union in Georgia. The event held under the patronage of First Lady of Georgia, Sandra Elisabeth Roelofs was opened by Mr. Per Ecklund, head of EU Delegation in Georgia.
