Lord Robertson Letter

Lord Robertson sent his congratulations to the First Lady of Georgia, Minister of Interior and Vice-speaker of the Parliament. Lord Robertson appreciates contribution of the mentioned person in lobbyism and adoption of law on seat belts. The letter also says that changes undertaken in Georgia to improve the road safety is exemplary for other countries too.
