The Representative of PfRS about the Technical Inspection on Radio “Liberty”

On January 4, the guest of the program “Morning Talk” on radio “Liberty” was Gela Kvashilava, the Founder of the “Partnership for Road Safety” (PfRS). The main topic of the program was the periodical technical inspection.

Gela Kvashilava defines the road safety as the main goal of technical inspection. He thinks that the beginning of the process is very important for the transport safety.

 According to the evaluation of Gela Kvashilava, working on the transport safety in the long term perspective is economically valuable as well. He mentioned that the reform administration should not be only processed formally, but also with high quality that has being implemented since January 1, 2008.
