Use of Seat Belts is Becoming Obligatory from 1th of December

Soon using seat belts in cars is becoming obligatory. The appropriate law of the Parliament will be legalized from 21th of December. According to the law, a driver and a passenger sitting at the front seat have to wear seat belts, or they will be fined with 40 GEL. The drivers, whose car construction does need to use seat belts, will not be fined.
