Road Safety Knowledge and Awareness Increase in the Region of Kakheti

The foundation “Partnership for Road Safety” is starting the road safety knowledge and awareness campaign in the Region of Kakheti with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure.

The Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure is implementing Regional Development Program of Kakheti with the financial support of World Bank. The main goal of the project is to decrease the cost and time for all road users in Kakheti Region, to increase the accessibility and to improve the safety of local people.

In order to increase the safety level for all road users, such as drivers, pedestrians, children and the people living on the main roads and highways, the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety” will implement the educational project, which will result the road safety improvement and decrease of crash risks.
