Project - Awareness and education road safety campaigns on E-60 Tbilisi- Poti Corridor

In the beginning of February, 2016, Partnership for Road Safety Foundation with the Road Department of Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has started a new project “Awareness and education road safety campaigns on E-60 Tbilisi- Poti Corridor”  financially supported by World Bank. The objective of this project is to reduce road accidents and fatalities on E-60 Highway through increasing awareness of road users on the need to improve their road safety behavior.
During the campaign Partnership for Road Safety will hold educational trainings for international and local drivers and passengers, and pedestrians who are community members in populated areas which are crossed by E60, including children.
The project will have an active media support, in order to spread information  about the risk factors on roads and how to avoid them.
