The Problem of Traffic Jam on Radio “Liberty”
On 24th of December, Gela Kvashilava, the chairman of the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety” and TRACECA project regional consultant, was invited to the morning program on the radio “Liberty”. The main issue of the program was the problems of traffic jam in Tbilisi.
