Campaign “#SlowDown” at Schools
Within the campaign “#SlowDown”, the foundation “Partnership for
Road Safety” visited three different schools in Tbilisi and Kutaisi. The road
safety lessons were delivered for about 100 schoolchildren.
The
campaign was implemented in many countries all over the world during a week,
May 8-14. The citizens called drivers for slowing down, as speeding is one of
the important traffic risk-factor, because many people from the world countries
die each year. In 2016, 6939 road crashes were registered in Georgia.
