"Partnership for Road Safety" Visited the Schools in Kutaisi

The foundation "Partnership for Road Safety" visited the schools of Abkhazia in Kutaisi. The foundation met the schoolchildren of 5^th and 6^th Public schools of Abkhazia. The children attended the road safety trainings.
During the action, the schoolchildren learned the road safety issues and the traffic behavior for the children, such as the use of children’s restraints and the prohibition of taking the front seat for children under the age of 12. Two groups from 1st-6^th and 7^th-12^th grades watched two different movies about the road safety. The little children learned the elementary traffic behavior. High school children paid attention to the necessity of seat belts, drunk driving and the behavior in the vehicle. The information booklets, tutorials, reflectors, brelocks and bracelets were disseminated among the children. The schools received the different kinds of tutorials, books and posters with the traffic rules.
The program was implemented by the collaboration of the foundation "Partnership for Road Safety" and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.
