Public Lecture on Road Safety Issues at Ilia State University

On the 5th of November the public lecture "Road Safety and My World" was held by Gela Kvashilava, chairman of the foundation "Partnership for Road Safety". The presentation was done at Ilia State University. Students got actively involved in the discussion of road safety issues and offered their views to improve the road safety in Georgia.

The participants of the meeting reviewed the ways how to respond to the actual social and healthcare problem, such as road safety. The event showed that road safety is in the list of priorities of young people, and their keep to put their efforts to improve it.  The foundation "Partnership for Road Safety" is planning to hold a series of presentations about MY World at Georgian Universities and local communities in coming weeks to encourage voting for road safety as a priority.
