Changes in legislation on the use of child restraints
Road safety organizations, including the Partnership for Road Safety, support a legislative initiative that proposes amendments to the Law on Traffic of Georgia on the use of child restraints. According to the amendments, the driver will be required to use a special child restraint in the rear seats, that is appropriate to the height and weight of the child under 12 and 135 cm.
