Meeting at Tbilisi City Hall
On Friday February 5th the “Partnership for Road Safety” met with Tbilisi City Hall to discuss the experiences of our partner Serena Barker as a scheduling manager at the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) in the United States.
A presentation was prepared and her practical experiences and generally how the organization operates were shared. Such topics discussed included employee safety incentives, transport network demand forecasting, short and long term planning as well as business incentives for increasing the popularity for public transport. City Hall Deputy Mayor Irakli Lekvinadze and City Hall transport department attended the presentation.
