of the program was polluted air of
Tbilisi.
Gela Kvashilava talked about the current situation, underlined the problems of absence of fuel quality control,
monitoring and marking systems. In his opinion, clean transportation modes should be encouraged by
the tax regime, for example, taxes related to import of hybrid transport should be zero. The state should
carry out complex measures, including the improvement of public transport
services,
conditions of walking and cycling.
