Training in Tbilisi

Within the project “The Safety of Street Children on Georgian Roads”, road safety training was delivered at the children’s day center of charity at Abastumani Street in Tbilisi by the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety”. The trainer explained children the main road safety risks, current situation and statistical data.  The training was attended by representatives of partner organizations -  Corrine Vibert, representative of the Eastern Alliance for Safe and Sustainable Transport – EASST and Monalisa Adagar, representative of  FIA Foundation.  After the presentation, a special video clip of the project was presented, children received the educational road safety books, reflector bracelets, other information materials and sweets.

The project “The Safety of Street Children on Georgian Roads” aims at saving the street children from the road safety risks. The project includes the data analysis and high risk place researches, educational activities and media campaign.

The project “The Safety of Street Children on Georgian Roads” is being implemented by the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety” with the support of UNICEF and Easter Alliance “EASST”.
