Gela Kvashilava on “TV Kavkasia”

Gela Kvashilava, Expert in Transport and Road Safety Issues of UN visited the live program on “Kavkasia”. The main topic of the program was the regulation on taxis, what situation is in Tbilisi in the point of taxi system. Mr. Kvashilava talked abvout the foreign experience and best practice of the developed countries. He explained that the new regulation may contribute to the taxi system development and safe tranfer of passengers.
