National Strategy on Georgia's Road Safety

The Government of Georgia has drafted the National Strategy on Georgia's Road Safety - Prime Minister discussed respective issue prior the Cabinet Session, According to him, respective Strategy was recommended by international organizations and global experts as a new direction.

"Alongside with the Ministry of Economy, other relevant agencies, including Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Education and Science, Tbilisi City Hall and others will lead the process. The strategy represents a new direction recommended by the international organizations and global experts. It is a vital document in view of successful, sustainable and long-term management of road safety," - Giorgi Kvirikashvili noted.
