Irakli Izoria, Director of the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety”, participated in the live program on “TV Obieqtivi”. The topic of the program was the parking problems in Tbilisi. Mr. Izoria talked about the current problems of parking in Tbilisi, other countries’ experience and best practice.
