European Road Safety Day

On October 13th, the Partnership for road safety and the Delegation of the European Commission to Georgia marked the European Road Safety Day by holding the joint event in the Vake Park in Tbilisi. this day has been appointed last year and has been celebrated by all EU Member States. the event was supported by the Georgias First Lady Mrs. Sandra Elisabeth Roelovs. She spoke on the event about the road safety problems and its importance. The event brought together children who were internally displaced in result of August events. there was a presentation of the new campaign I follow road safety rules. There has been a specially designed stickers and badges distributed. BP Georgia kindly offered a demonstration of the seat belt roll-over installation.
