International Car Free Day

"Georgian Alliance for Safe Roads" together with partner organizations, including "Partnership for Road Safety", "CiDA", "Ecology", "New Society", "Iare Pekhit” held cycling marathon with regard to “International Car Free Day”. Marathon was implemented with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the United Nations Permanent Representation in Georgia and East-West Management Institute.

Tbilisi Mayor, representatives of public, private, civil sector and diplomatic corps participated in the event. The international date aims at promoting environmental awareness, public transport, bicycle and walking.
