Meeting of Fellows of EaP Civil Society Fellowship Initiative in Brussels
From July 1 to July 4, 2018, the
capital city of Belgium hosted the Fellows 2017 and 2018 of the EaP Civil
Society Fellowship Initiative. The meeting was attended by Lika Merabishvili
(Fellow of 2017), Project Coordinator of the “Partnership for Road Safety”.
At the meeting, Lika Merabishvili
presented the current road safety situation in Georgia; she also talked about
the implemented activities within the program. Lika Merabishvili worked on the
promotion of road safety and cycling. During six months, two cycling marches
were organized, where the representatives of government, non-government, media
and interested citizens participated.
The meeting in Brussels was attended
by the young leaders from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and
Ukraine. At
the end of the meeting, the Fellows got their Fellowship Award certificates.
