Georgia Alliance for Safe Roads

Partnership for Road Safety Foundation working on road safety issues has launched a new project Georgia Alliance for Safe Roads. There has been a signing ceremony organized by the members of the Alliance - USAID, BP - Georgia, FIA Foundation, Ministry of Education and Science, National Curriculum and Assessment Center, Kingdom of the Embassy of the Netherlands, Georgia Automobile Federation, Magazine Auto Bild, TV program Saimedo Auto. New project considers increasing the use of seat belts in Georgia and youth road safety education in schools. The honorable guest of the event was the First Lady of Georgia Mrs. Sandra Elizabeth Roelofs which expressed her support towards the project and welcomed a creation of the Alliance.
