On Children’s Day The Presentation Of Children’s Web Page Www.Kids.Police.Ge Was Held

On June 1, 2012 on Children’s Day, at the Service Agency of the MIA was held the presentation of children’s web page www.kids.police.ge. Web page is foreseen for two age groups and it has entertaining as well as educational character. Web page contains different information, games, contests and news. It informs users about police structure, police activities and work and contains interesting information about history of the Ministry.
Within the frames of the presentation, traffic safety simulation was organized on the territory of Service Agency, where children were racing each other on bicycles, while abiding by traffic rules. At the end of the event the winners were symbolically awarded with bicycle riding licenses.
The simulation ground was arranged by the help of the foundation “Partnership for Road Safety”. The foundation provided the traffic signs, traffic lights, bicycle riding licenses and other attributes.
